The Armed Forces Tribunal Law

The enactment of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act: 2007 has brought forth a need to explain and discuss its provisions to the law practitioners and students. The work is a section wise commentary of the Act and seven Rules framed thereunder. Relevant portions of the report of the Parliament’s standing committee and the debate on its passage in the house have also been incorporated to provide an insight into the mind of law framers.
